How This Course Works
There are 10 lessons after this one. Each one covers one step in the validate-build-launch cycle.
The lessons build on each other, but they’re not theoretical. Every lesson gives you something specific to do:
- Lessons 1–3: Validate your idea before you build anything
- Lessons 4–5: Price and sell your beta offer
- Lessons 6–7: Deliver the beta live and gather feedback
- Lessons 8–9: Polish the recordings and launch at full price
- Lesson 10: Mindset — how to think about your first course
Read each lesson. Do the work. Move on. The whole reading part takes about 30 minutes. The doing part takes 2–4 weeks depending on your schedule.
What You Don’t Need
You don’t need an email list. You don’t need expensive equipment. You don’t need a brand, a website, or a logo. You don’t need to be famous.
You need expertise in something, the willingness to talk to people about it, and the ability to show up and teach a few live sessions over Zoom.
