Creating Offers and Pricing

GoHighLevel separates your course content from how you sell it. Your course holds the lessons. Your offer defines the price and billing. This lets you sell the same course at different price points, run promotions, or create special pricing without duplicating content.

Creating Your First Offer

Navigate to Memberships > Courses > Offers and click to create a new offer. Name it descriptively — “Course Name - Standard Access” works better than “Offer 1.”

Link your course product. One offer can link to one course or multiple courses for bundles.

Pricing Models

One-Time Payment: Select “One Time.” Enter your price. The buyer pays once and receives immediate access. Simplest model, works for most signature courses.

Recurring Subscription: Select “Recurring.” Choose your billing cycle: monthly, quarterly, or annual. Subscriptions work best for membership-style courses with ongoing updates or community access.

Payment Plans: Break a high price into installments. Three payments of $349 billed 30 days apart, or six payments of $197. The student gets full access after the first payment. Payment plans increase conversion on higher-priced offers by reducing the upfront barrier.

Free Trials: Set a trial period — 7, 14, or 30 days. Enter $0 for the trial, then set what happens after. The system charges automatically when the trial ends.

Multiple Pricing Options

Create separate offers for different pricing structures. Your primary offer might be $497 one-time. A second offer for the payment plan ($197 x 3). A third for an email subscriber discount ($397). The course content stays identical — only the pricing terms change.

Link your primary offer to the main checkout page. Use other offer links in emails or as hidden checkout URLs for specific audiences.

Transaction Fees

GHL charges zero transaction fees on any plan. You keep the full sale amount minus your payment processor’s cut (Stripe takes 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). No GHL markup on top of that.

Save your offer. Copy the checkout link — you need it for the next lesson. Before going live, test with Stripe’s test mode to verify pricing displays correctly and access gets granted properly.

Keep going — you're making progress through Set Up Your Course in GoHighLevel.
