Run through this checklist before you open enrollment.

Pre-Launch Checklist

Test the checkout. Enable Stripe test mode in Settings > Payments. Go to your checkout page, enter test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future expiration and CVC, and complete the purchase. Verify the test transaction appears in Stripe and the buyer receives course access.

Verify enrollment triggers. After a test purchase, check the contact record. Confirm the course appears under their Memberships tab and they can log in and see the correct content.

Test drip schedules. Create a test student account and verify lessons unlock on schedule. If you cannot fast-forward time, temporarily set drip intervals to 1 day for testing, then reset to your real intervals before launch.

Test on mobile. Open the course in Safari and Chrome on iOS, and Chrome on Android. Watch a video. Complete a lesson. Navigate between modules. Download a PDF. Mobile accounts for over half of course access — broken mobile means refund requests.

Send test emails. Trigger your enrollment confirmation, welcome sequence, and any automated reminders. Check that links work, images load, and formatting holds up across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
