The Daily Funnel Habit

Once your funnels are running, check in daily with three questions:

  1. How many new leads entered today? (top of funnel health)
  2. Did anyone move to a new pipeline stage? (progress)
  3. Any errors or stuck contacts? (maintenance)

That’s it. 5 minutes a day. The funnels do the heavy lifting.

The Weekly Review

Once a week, spend 15 minutes on:

  1. Check conversion rates at each funnel step
  2. Review email open and click rates
  3. Look for stuck leads in the pipeline
  4. Note any testimonials or feedback from students
  5. Make one small improvement
